韶关市产业结构转型升级的测度分析

摘　　要：运用产业结构升级测度指标,对20世纪90年代以来韶关市三次产业变动速率和变动方向进行测度,发现21世纪之前的10年间韶关市三次产业结构升级缓慢,进入21世纪之后产业结构调整进程有了较大提升,总体上是一、二产业滞后发展,第三产业超前发展,符合产业结构升级的一般趋势。但是,韶关市的三次产业构成仍不合理,产业结构升级仍有很大空间。为此,需要充分发挥比较优势,进一步推动产业结构的优化升级,构建具有山区特色的现代产业体系。Using the index of industrial structure upgrading,the paper measures the changing rate and changing direction of the three industries in Shaoguan since 1990s.It was found that in the 10 years before 21st Century,the upgrading of the three industrial structures in Shaoguan was slow.After entering the 21st Century,the process of industrial structure adjustment was greatly improved.As a whole,the primary industry and the secondary industry lag behind,and the tertiary industry develops in advance,which is in line with the general trend of upgrading the industrial structure.However,the composition of the three industries in Shaoguan is still unreasonable,and there is a lot of room for upgrading.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the comparative advantages,further promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structures and build a modern industrial system with mountainous features.
