摘 要:通过对石油炼制装置常见泵用机械密封的实际应用和理论分析,提出了机械密封的实际密封效果不仅与机械密封自身的性能及其泵的零部件提供的运行条件有关,且与泵用机械密封的设计及根据机泵运行环境变化而不断改进有着重要的关系,因此要提高机械密封的使用寿命减少故障率就必须及时对泵用机械密封的材质、型号等进行设计改进。针对公司常减压装置及辅助系统的各类泵用机械密封使用中出现的问题,提出几点改进建议,其中有一些是经过实践检验而得出的经验。Based on the practical application and theoretical analysis of the common mechanical seals for pumps in petroleum refining units,it is proposed that the actual sealing effect of mechanical seals is not only related to the performance of mechanical seals themselves and the operating conditions which is provided by the pump components,but also related to the design of mechanical seals for pumps and the continuous improvement according to the changes of the operating environment of pumps.Therefore,in order to improve the service life of mechanical seal and reduce the failure rate,it is necessary to design and improve the material and model of mechanical seal for pump in time.Aiming at the problems arising from the use of various mechanical seals for pumps in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units and auxiliary systems,some suggestions for improvement are put forward,some of which are experience gained through practice.
