摘  要:为了研究粉尘含湿量对旋风分离器分离性能的影响,利用Welas在线检测的方法对旋风分离器分离性能进行了测量,并分析了含湿量改变对10μm以上颗粒的影响。实验结果表明,含湿量的改变对10μm以上颗粒有一定的影响。随着粉尘含湿量的增大,10μm以上颗粒的分离效率也有所提高,10μm以上颗粒在粉尘中所占的比例会增大。There is a little of water and light hydrocarbons existing in the nature gas pipelines.Welas on-line measurement method was used to measure grade efficiency and the effect on particles larger than 10μm when the humidity ratio was changed.The experimental results showed that the changes of humidity ratio had some influence on grade efficiency.With the increase of humidity ratio,the grade efficiency were increased,and the separation efficiency of particles larger than 10μm was increased,and the proportion of particles larger than 10μm in all the particles was increased.
