京津冀地区垃圾资源化利用状况分析

摘　　要：为提高京津冀地区垃圾资源化利用水平,通过分析京津冀地区垃圾场所分布、产量、组分及资源化利用状况,指出京津冀地区垃圾资源化利用存在总体利用率不高、资源化利用方式和各地区发展不平衡等问题,对此提出相应建议措施:提高社会各方面垃圾资源化利用意识,制定垃圾资源化利用鼓励扶持政策法规,提高技术能力推动垃圾资源化利用多元化,加强京津冀地区垃圾资源化利用总体布局规划,落实垃圾分类收集政策。In order to improve the resource utilization level of solid waste in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,through the analysis of the sites distribution,yield,composition and utilization of the solid waste in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper pointed out that the overall resource utilization rate is not high;the way of resource utilization and regional development is unbalanced.Then the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures:to improve the consciousness of social aspects of resource utilization of solid waste;to formulate corresponding policies and regulations to encourage and support resource utilization of solid waste;to improve the technical ability to promote the diversified utilization of resource utilization of solid waste;to strengthen the overall layout planning of resource utilization of solid waste in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,to implement the classification policy of solid waste.
