摘 要:针对某贫硫化物石英脉型金矿石硫含量较低,金矿物粒度微细等特性,进行了全泥氰化、单一浮选、重选—浮选、重选—氰化等选矿工艺探索试验。结果表明:采用重选—氰化工艺可获得较好试验指标,在最佳试验条件下,重选金回收率9.67%,氰化金回收率77.87%,金总回收率达87.54%,较原矿全泥氰化提高13.16百分点。A quartz vein gold ore with low sulfide has low content of sulfide and microfine gold grains.According to that,processes such as all-sliming cyanidation,flotation alone,gravity-flotation and gravity-cyanidation were carried out to explore proper processing method for the ore.The results show that the gravity-cyanidation process can obtain good test index;under the optimal conditions,gravity separation can reach a gold recovery rate of 9.67%,cyanidation leaching rate of gold is 77.87%and total gold recovery rate is 87.54%,13.16 percentage points higher than crude ore all-sliming cyanidation process.
