摘  要:本文论述了遥感、地理信息系统、全球定位系统("3S"技术)在西藏第二次草原资源普查中草原类型数据形成的技术方法。构建基于遥感技术的野外样点数据采集、综合多源数据建立草原分类系统、面向对象分类技术生成图形与属性数据等技术集成体系。野外采集样点2432个,建立遥感影像解译标志,测定草原类型及其生境与植物生物学特征。基本信息源为TM数据,参考信息源为SPOT数据;基于上世纪80年代西藏草原类(亚类)分类系统框架,依据样点资料建立草原类型分类系统;在eCognition软件支持下,通过影像多尺度分割、最邻近和隶属度函数法信息提取与人机交互式修正,快速精准完成了西藏草原类型数据的集成。It discussed the technical methods for the formation of the data of rangeland types in the second survey to the Tibet rangeland resources with technologies of remote sensing,geographic information system and global positioning system(“3S”technologies).The construction was based on the data acquired on field sampling sites with the remote sensing technology,the rangeland classification system established by the integrated multi-source data,the technology integration system object-oriented classification technology to generate graphics and attribute data.There were 2432 sites of field sampling to be set up for establishing markers of remote sensing image interpretation,determining the types of rangeland and its habitat and plant biological characteristics.The basic source of information was the TM data,and the referencing information source was the SPOT data.Based on the framework of the Classification System of Tibet Rangelands in 1980s,the rangeland classification system was set up according to the data of sampling sites.By eCognition software supporting,with the methods of image multi-scale segmentation,the nearest neighbor,the membership degree function of information extraction and human-machine interactive correction,the data integration of Tibet Rangeland Types was completed fast and accurately.
