摘　　要：志愿者在社会保障、社区服务、大型活动、扶贫开发、城市社区建设、环境保护等方面做了许多有益的工作,但也存在诸多问题。以江阴市为例,调查了志愿者的学历、年龄、性别、类别及活动类型等基本情况,分析认为志愿者服务存在着行政色彩浓厚、社会动员效率低、难以长久坚持等问题,针对这些问题指出其未来发展的路径。Volunteers have done a lot of positive work in social security,community service,large-scale activities,poverty alleviation and development,urban community construction,environmental protection,etc.,but there are still many problems.Through the investigation of the basic situation of Jiangyin volunteers,such as qualification,age,gender,class and types of activities,the paper analyzes the problems of strong administrative color,low efficiency of social mobilization,and poor long-lasting,and points out the future development path.
