综合康复疗法结合小针刀对职业运动员脊柱侧弯症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复治疗结合小针刀在运动员脊柱侧弯症治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月~2017年5月在陕西省康复医院和西安医学院附属医院进行康复治疗的脊柱侧弯症运动员60例,按随机数字表法将运动员分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组运动员给予机械牵引治疗,观察组运动员给予综合康复治疗结合小针刀治疗。观察比较两组运动员的治疗效果、Cobb角改善情况、疼痛和失能改善效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后Cobb角明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛感觉(S)、疼痛情感(A)、疼痛总分(T)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)和Oswestry腰痛失能问卷(OPDQ)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗结合小针刀治疗运动员脊柱侧弯症不仅能够显著改善疼痛症状,而且可改善其失能情况,提高疗效。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with small needle knife in the treatment of athletes with scoliosis.Methods Sixty cases of athletes with scoliosis taken rehabilitation therapy in Shaanxi Rehabilitation Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected and they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)by the random number method.The control group was given mechanical traction,the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with small needle knife.The therapeutic effect,improvement of Cobb angle,and the improvement of pain and disability between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),pain sensation(S),pain emotion(A),total pain score(T),present pain intensity(PPI)and Oswestry pain&disability questionnaire(OPDQ)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with small needle knife for the treatment of athletes with scoliosis can not only significantly improve the pain symptoms,but also improve the disability,thus enhance the effectiveness.
