摘　　要：采用ABC分析法对临床使用人血白蛋白的科室、疾病种类等进行统计分析,并重点分析A类科室使用情况。A类科室禁忌使用病种为心力衰竭、严重贫血、肾功能不全、高血压等,主要为高血压。该院白蛋白使用需加强管理,ABC分析法在病例用药点评中起到事半功倍作用。The using departments of human serum albumin and types of diseases were counted and analyzed by an ABC analytical method.The usage of albumin by A class clinical departments was analyzed intensively.There were 8 departments ranked in the A class.The contraindications included heart failure,severe anemia,renal insufficiency,hypertension and other diseases.The main contraindication was hypertension.The management of albumin use in this hospital should be strengthened.ABC analysis functioned as a multiplier on clinical drug reviews.
