摘　　要：探讨临床药师为梅毒患者实施药学监护的内容:青霉素类药物、头孢曲松钠、四环素类药物的使用;吉海反应、药物不良反应与药物相互作用及免疫缺陷、妊娠、先天梅毒患者的治疗等多方面开展临床药学监护,协助医师优化治疗方案,提高梅毒患者用药的安全性和有效性。The contents of pharmaceutical care were explored for syphilis patients initiated by clinical pharmacists.Pharmaceutical care for syphilis patients were carried out from several aspects including the use of penicillins,ceftriaxone sodium and tetracyclines,Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction,adverse drug reactions and drug interactions,as well as treatments for immunodeficiency,pregnancy and congenital syphilis,to help physicians optimize treatment options and improve the safety and effectiveness of drugs in syphilis patients.
