新型城镇化背景下江苏省农村体育公共产品供给模式改革路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国不断加强新型城镇化建设,逐步推进农村和城市同步发展,逐渐打破了旧有的城乡二元化发展模式。在此背景下,江苏省农村公共事业实现了显著的发展,特别是在农村体育公共产品供给方面取得了突破性的进步。但由于区域发展不均衡、经费投入不足、监管制度不到位等因素的影响,导致江苏省农村现有体育公共产品供给模式存在一定问题。为此,必须大力实施农村体育公共产品供给模式改革,从政府管理、市场调节、制度保障等方面全力保障江苏省农村体育公共产品供给水平的不断提升。In recent years,China has continuously strengthened the construction of new urbanization,gradually promoted the simultaneous development of rural areas and cities,and gradually broke the old dual development model of urban and rural.In this context,the rural public utilities in Jiangsu Province have achieved remarkable development,and in particular,rural sports public goods supply has made a breakthrough progress.However,due to factors such as unbalanced regional development,insufficient funding,and inadequate regulatory systems,there are certain problems in the sports public goods supply model of Jiangsu Province.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of the reform of the rural sports public product supply model,starting with government management,market regulation,and institutional guarantees,and other aspects,make every effort to protect the level of supply of rural sports public goods in Jiangsu Province.
