护理本科生网络成瘾倾向及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理本科生的网络成瘾倾向并分析其网络成瘾倾向与心理-社会变量的相关性。方法:采用大学生网络成瘾量表、人际关系量表、学业自我效能量表和高校学生专业认同度量表,对便利抽样的439名在校本科护理生进行调查。结果:在网络成瘾倾向、人际关系、学业自我效能、专业认同感比较中存在一定的人口学差异;网络成瘾倾向与人际关系、学业自我效能、专业认同感存在显著相关性(P<0.01)。逐步多元线性回归分析显示,人际关系、自我效能和年级是影响护理本科生网络成瘾的重要因素。结论:护理院校应重点关注高年级学生的网络成瘾倾向,建议通过改善其人际关系和提升其学业自我效能,改善其网络成瘾倾向。Objective:To explore the Internet addiction tendency of nursing undergraduates and to analyze the relationship between the tendency of Internet addiction and psycho social variables.Methods:439 undergraduate nursing students were selected by convenience sampling method and were investigated by using the Internet addiction scale,interpersonal relationship scale,academic self efficacy scale and college students′professional identity scale.Results:There is a certain demographic difference in Internet addiction tendency,interpersonal relationship,academic self-efficacy and professional identity.There is a significant correlation between Internet addiction tendency and interpersonal relationship,academic self-efficacy and professional identity(P<0.01).Conclusion:nursing schools should focus on the Internet addiction tendency of senior students,and suggest improving their interpersonal relationships and improving their academic self-efficacy and improving their Internet addiction tendency.
