经尿道电汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析经尿道电气化切除术治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法选择2017年2—12月收治的前列腺增生症患者88例作为研究对象,采取经尿道电气化切除术治疗的方式,对治疗结果与并发症的发生情况进行总结分析。结果 88例患者手术时间平均为(1.4±0.6)h,手术后留置导尿管,留置时间平均为(2.2±0.7)d,拔管后全部患者均排尿通畅,没有患者出现前列腺电切综合征与大出血的情况。结论经尿道电气化切除术治疗前列腺增生症临床效果良好,安全性高,能够减少并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 88 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Results The average operative time of the 88 patients was(1.4±0.6)hours,and the average time of indwelling catheter was(2.2±0.7)days after operation.All patients had voiding patency after extubation,and no patient suffered from transurethral resection syndrome and massive bleeding.Conclusion Transurethral resection for benign prostatic hyperplasia has good clinical effect,high safety and can reduce complications.
