摘 要:目的探讨注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白对急性百草枯中毒患者临床预后的影响。方法对我院2015年3月—2017年3月急性百草枯中毒病例进行回顾性研究,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上,加用注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白治疗,注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白25 mg,皮下注射,每周2次,观察两组患者的治愈率、平均存活时间、呼吸衰竭时间、肺纤维化发生时间,MODS发生时间。对照组与试验组在进行结果统计时按照口服百草枯量30 ml以下、30~80 ml、大于80 ml进行分组统计。结果试验组与对照组相比,治愈率提高,平均存活时间延长,呼吸衰竭及MODS发生时间延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白能改善急性百草枯中毒患者的预后。Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-αreceptor ii on clinical prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning patients.Methods Acute paraquat poisoning cases in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The control group was given conventional treatment,on the basis,the experimental group was given conventional therapy with recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-αreceptor ii in the treatment of 25 mg,subcutaneous injection,2 times a week,cure rate,mean survival time,respiratory failure time pulmonary fibrosis,occurrence time,occurrence time of MODS were observed.The control group and the experimental group were divided into groups according to oral paraquat dosage less than 30 ml,30~80 ml,larger than 80 ml when the results are counted.Results Compared with the control group,the cure rate was improved,the average survival time was prolonged,respiratory failure,pulmonary fibrosis and MODS occurred in the experimental group were prolonged,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-αreceptor ii significantly improve prognosis of patients with acute paraquat poisoning.
