甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫测定技术的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中应用化学发光免疫测定技术的临床价值。方法以随机抽样的方式从2016年1—12月在我院治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者中选取400例,将其中200例患者作为研究组,剩余200例患者作为对照组。分别抽取研究组和对照组患者的静脉血3 ml,经处理后,研究组患者的血液样本采取化学发光免疫测定技术检验,对照组采取放射免疫分析检验。结果研究组患者检验的符合率、灵敏度和特异性,均高于对照组患者,比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。研究组患者的甲状腺球蛋白水平,高于对照组患者,比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在甲状腺肿瘤疾病患者实施生化免疫检验过程中,应用化学发光免疫测定技术进行检验,可准确地对患者的病情进行评估和判断,提高诊断符合率、敏感度和特异性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumor patients.Methods From January to December 2016,400 patients with thyroid neoplasms treated in our hospital were selected by random sampling,and 200 of them were used as study group.The remaining 200 patients served as the control group.The venous blood 3 ml of the study group and the control group were extracted respectively.After treatment,the blood samples of the study group were examined by chemiluminescence immunoassay,and the control group was analyzed by radioimmunoassay.Results By statistical analysis,the coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of the study group were analyzed.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of thyroglobulin in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of implementing biochemical immune test in thyroid tumor patients,the application of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology can accurately assess and judge the patient's condition,and improve the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity.
