摘 要:目的评价建立机采献血者库管理新策略对于保障献血者招募保留的可行性。方法将全过程管理的理念引入到机采血小板献血者招募保留工作中,包括初次机采捐献到终止捐献的全过程管理,以定期电话回访的方式,建立并定期更新机采献血者库,并鼓励再次献血。以实行"新策略"前1年机采献血者队伍为对照组,实行后1年队伍为实验组,就临床供血保障、献血者保留指标(定期献血者、再次献血者等)及队伍结构情况进行比较。结果实行"新策略"后,献血总人数由2015年的2 075例增长为2016年的2 350例,血液采集量由2015年增长率为-11.54%逆转为2016年的4.74%;定期献血者人数由759例上升到902例,再次献血者人数由136例上升到368例(P<0.05),整体队伍保留有改善(P<0.05)。结论对队伍实行"管理新策略",定期对话,对不活跃献血者的再招募,对招募保留机采献血者队伍有重要保障作用。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of establishing a new strategy for the management of apheresisplateletsdonors for guaranteeing the recruitment of donors.Methods The whole process management concept to the platelet donors recruitment retention work,including the first apheresis donation to the termination of the whole process management of donation,with regular telephone return,establish and regularly update donors'record,and to encourage donation again.In the first 1 year of the implementation of the new strategy,the team of blood donors was taken as the control group.After 1 years'implementation,the team was the experimental group,and the clinical blood supply guarantee,blood donors retention index(regular blood donors,blood donors again)and team structure were compared.Results The introduction of"new strategy",the total number of blood donors increased from 2 075 in 2015 to 2 350 in 2016,the amount of blood collected from the 2015 growth rate of-11.54%back to 4.74%in 2016;the number of regular blood donors increased from 759 to 902,again the number of blood donors increased from 136 to 368(P<0.05)the whole team,retained significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"new strategy of management"for the team,regular dialogue can play an important role in the recruitment of inactive donors and the recruitment of retained blood donors.
