探究新生儿窒息的复苏与护理

摘　　要：目的对新生儿窒息的复苏和护理进行总结归纳,为临床护理提供参考。方法根据我院2011年11月—2012年11月我院接收的80例窒息新生儿进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和研究组,均有40例,两组都是用常规复苏和护理方式,研究组增加系统的复苏和护理干预措施,对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果两组患儿接受了不同的复苏和护理干预模式,经过治疗后,均有所改善,研究组患儿痊愈率为90%(36/40),好转出院率为50%(2/40),转院率为2.5%(1/40),死亡率为2.5%(1/40)。对照组患儿痊愈率为45%(18/40),好转出院率为12.5%(5/40),转院率为20%(8/40),死亡率为22.5%(9/40)。研究组患儿的痊愈率比对照组高,转院和死亡率降低,两组结果对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为新生儿提供系统的复苏以及复苏后的护理可以让新生儿的存活率提升,改善新生儿窒息的情况,临床中具有比较好的效果。Objective To summarize the resuscitation and nursing of asphyxia neonatorum,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods From November 2011 to November 2012,80 cases of neonatal asphyxia in our hospital were analyzed,the patients were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine resuscitation and nursing,research group was given system recovery and nursing intervention measures,the clinical treatment in two groups was compared.Results Two patients underwent different recovery and nursing intervention,after treatment,the study group were improved,the cure rate was 90%(36/40),the hospital discharge rate was 50%(2/40),transfer rate was 2.5%(1/40),the mortality rate was 2.5%(1/40).The control group cure rate was 45%(18/40),the hospital discharge rate was 12.5%(5/40),transfer rate was 20%(8/40),the mortality rate was 22.5%(9/40).The cure rate of study group were higher than the control group,and hospital mortality,the results of the two groups there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing neonatal resuscitation and recovery nursing for neonates can improve neonatal survival rate and improve neonatal asphyxia.
