内镜下黏膜剥离术的护理方式分析与研究

摘　　要：目的本次对内镜下黏膜剥离术的护理方式进行分析和研究,以寻找有效的护理方法,降低患者并发症的发生率,从而促进患者早日康复。方法选取在我院行对内镜下黏膜剥离术的患者共40例,对其进行术前、术中、术后的围手术期护理。结果有5例患者出现并发症,并发症发生率为12.50%,其中2例出血,3例穿孔;出血患者术中采用内镜下氩气刀和止血钳停止出血;穿孔患者采用金属夹夹闭创面,并禁止饮食,给予胃肠减压以及抑制胃酸分泌、营养支持等措施愈合。结论对于进行内镜下黏膜剥离术的患者,做好围术期的护理工作,积极预防并发症的发生,能够有效帮助患者早日康复。Objective This paper analyzes and studies the nursing methods of endoscopic mucosal dissection,in order to find effective nursing methods and reduce the incidence of complications,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients at an early date.Methods A total of 40 patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection in our hospital were enrolled in this study.Perioperative care was performed before,during and after operation.Results 5 patients had complications,the complication rate was 12.50%,including 2 cases of hemorrhage,3 cases of perforation;endoscopic argon knife and hemostatic forceps to stop bleeding in patients with bleeding;perforation were treated with metal clips,and prohibit eating,given gastrointestinal decompression as well as inhibiting gastric acid secretion and nutritional support measures healing.Conclusion For patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection,perioperative care,and actively prevent complications,can effectively help patients recover at an early date.
