摘 要:核电主汽调节阀为核电汽轮机机组中关键的铸件之一,其结构复杂、尺寸大,质量要求高,制造难度大。本文从核电主汽调节阀的结构和质量要求出发,通过综合应用冒口、补贴、冷铁等多种工艺方法,实现了核电主汽调节阀的分区补缩,保证了其大搭子、管口和阀座位置的质量。实际的生产验证表明,铸造工艺设计合理。The main steam regulating valve of nuclear power is one of the key castings in the nuclear power turbine set.Its structure is complex,its size is large,its quality is high,and its manufacturing is difficult.From through the nuclear structure and quality of main gas control valve,through the integrated application of riser,subsidies,cold iron and various process methods,this paper realized the partition of nuclear power main steam control valve and ensure its major partner,nozzle and the quality of the seat position.The actual production verification shows that the casting process design is reasonable.
