摘  要:在实验研究的基础上,设计一种全新的大型轴承浇巴离心浇注设备,对其装卡、找正结构与在线自动夹紧机构进行了分析研究,采用了冷热加工设备结合、立车与卧车结构组合创新设计。该设备的成功研制有效解决了原浇铸机主轴温升大、工件装卡同心度差、承载能力不足等问题。On the basis of experimental research,design a new kind of centrifugal casting equipment of large bearings,on the card,find structure and on-line automatic clamping mechanism is analyzed and studied,the hot and cold processing equipment,vertical lathe with sleeper structure combination innovation design.The successful development of the equipment effectively solves the problems such as the temperature rise of the main shaft of the original casting machine,the lack of concentricity of the workpiece and the insufficient carrying capacity.
