摘　　要：腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(LIHR)经过20多年的发展,技术日渐成熟规范。全文就LIHR手术的技术优势、适应证把握、术式选择以及规范化培训等方面进行讨论。With development for more than twenty years,laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(LIHR)has become a matured technology.In this paper,some aspects of LIHR,such as technical advantages,indications,choice between TEP and TAPP,and standardized training are discussed.
