上海市某社区2440例新生儿出生体重分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解社区新生儿的出生体重情况及影响因素,为围生期保健工作提供指导。方法 :选取2012年至2016年在上海市长宁区虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心建册随访的产妇所分娩的新生儿2 440例,其中男婴1 251例,女婴1 189例。分析其出生体重及其影响因素。结果 :男婴的平均出生体重为(3 403.64±437.15)g,女婴的平均出生体重为(3 301.04±405.82)g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。早产儿的平均出生体重远小于足月儿,低出生体重的发生率是随胎龄的增加而逐渐下降。孕次仅有1次的产妇所分娩的新生儿平均出生体重小于孕次为2次及以上的产妇所分娩的新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同产次、年龄、户籍的孕妇所分娩的新生儿平均出生体重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :早产是本地区新生儿低出生体重的主要因素之一,产前保健工作应加强针对性。新生儿的平均出生体重与性别、胎龄、孕次有关。Objective:To understand the birth weight and influencing factors of newborn infants in this region to provide guidance for perinatal health care.Methods:From 2012 to 2016 2 440 cases of newborn infants delivered by parturients who had health care handbook and were followed up were selected in this community health service center,and among them,1 251 cases were male and 1 189 were female.The birth weight and the influence factors were analyzed.Results:The average birth weight of boys was(3 403.64±437.15)g,and the average birth weight of female infants was(3 301.04±405.82)g and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The average birth weight of preterm infants was much smaller than that in the full-term infants.The incidence of low birth weight decreases with the increase of gestational age.The average birth weight of the newborn infants whose parturients had only 1 time of gestation was less than that of parturients had 2 times or more,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference of birth weight of newborns with different gestation,age and household registration was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preterm birth is one of the major factors for low birth weight in the region and prenatal care should be strengthened.The average birth weight of the newborn infants is related to sex,gestational age and pregnancy.
