摘 要:采用自制的BiOI对沉淀溶剂法制备出来的介孔Al_2O_3进行改性,并制成不同配比的复合电极材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)对材料进行结构表征,采用循环伏安及恒流充放电等方法探究不同电极片的电化学性能。通过空白组与改性组的对比实验,可知加入BiOI改性后,电极片的电化学性能有一定程度的提升,改性后比电容可达171.9 F/g,是单纯介孔Al_2O_3电极的2.14倍;其中改性组Al_2O_3∶BiOI=1∶0.66(质量比)性能较好。The mesoporous alumina was prepared by solvent-precipitation method,and then modified by self-made BiOI powder.The composite electrode materials were prepared by different proportions of Al2O3 and BiOI.The structure of the pure Al2O3 and prepared BiOI were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD),and the electrochemical properties of different electrodes were carried out by cyclic voltammetry,constant current charging methods.The results indicated that the electrochemical performance was clearly improved by the adding of BiOI.The specific capacitance of the modified electrode could reach 171.9 F/g,2.14 times of the pure component.The modified group of Al2O3:BiOI=1:0.66(mass ratio)performed the best behavior of all the test groups.
