摘  要:采用电-Fenton法来治理微污染水体中的苯胺,并从单因素实验、正交实验及能量消耗等进行研究。结果表明:分批投加方式的苯胺去除率比一次性投加的要高;双氧水在0.3 m L最佳投加量时,最大去除率为92.4%;电流密度从1.67 m A/cm^2增加到5 m A/cm^2时,去除率随电流密度的增加而增加,且单位质量能耗Em和单位体积能耗Ev都显著增加;苯胺的去除率随初始浓度的增加而降低,在150 min时,效率从96.7%下降到84.1%。通过正交实验确定了影响因素的主次顺序和最佳反应条件。The aniline in micro-polluted water was treated by electro-Fenton process,and the single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment and the energy consumption were studied.The results showed that aniline removal efficiency for the batch adding mode was higher than that of the one-time adding mode.The optimum dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 0.3 mL,and the removal efficiency was the largest and its value is 92.4%.When current density was improved from 1.67 mA/cm 2 to 5 mA/cm 2,aniline removal efficiency increased with current density increasing.However,their unit mass energy consumption(E m)and unit volume energy consumption(E v)increased significantly,too.The removal efficiency of aniline decreased with initial concentration increasing,and its removal efficiency decreased from 96.7%to 84.1%in 150 min.The order of primary and secondary factors and the optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment.
