摘  要:以桦褐孔菌子实体为材料,用不同溶剂对其进行分步提取,确定有效的提取工艺并对得到的提取物进行生物活性鉴定,生物活性主要是抗菌性和抗氧化性。结果显示,对乙醇浸膏进行萃取时,依次分步加入石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇150~200 m L得到萃取液,控制旋蒸、烘干温度在50℃以下,即可得到有生物活性的乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物。乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物的提取率约为0.1%。The fruiting body of Inonotus obliquus was used as the material,and fractionated by different solvents.The effective extraction process was confirmed and the biological activity of the obtained extract was identified.The biological activity was mainly antibacterial and anti-oxidation.The results showed that when the ethanol extract was extracted,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol 150~200 mL were added step by step to obtain the extract,controlled by rotary steaming,the drying temperature was below 50℃to obtain the biological activity ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract.The extraction rate of ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract was about 0.1%.
