摘 要:实验用荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱研究PQ与BSA结合反应的光谱特征,探讨了PQ对BSA的荧光猝灭作用,经处理实验结果得出动态猝灭常数、结合常数、结合位点等数据,并用同步荧光光谱技术来考察BSA构象的变化。对了解PQ与蛋白质的结合方式、明确PQ在动物体内的代谢过程、研究PQ的中毒机制及指导PQ中毒急救、解毒等方面具有重要意义。The fluorescence spectra and UV Vis absorption spectra were used to study the spectral response based on PQ and BSA,the fluorescence quenching effect of PQ on BSA was discussed.The dynamic quenching constants,binding constants,binding sites and other data were got,and synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy was used to examine the conformational changes of BSA.The results were of great significance to understand the combination of PQ with protein,clarify the metabolic process of PQ in animals,study the toxic mechanism of PQ and guide the detoxification of PQ poisoning.
