摘  要:以阳离子瓜尔胶为研究对象,基于近红外光谱技术(NIRS),采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)结合内部交叉验证方法建立氮含量模型。对模型进行优化后,模型的校正均方差RMSEC为0.0300,校正相关系数R_C^2为0.8828,预测均方差RMSEP为0.0325,预测相关系数R_V^2为0.8704。同时,模型的内部验证均方差RMSECV为0.0321,内部验证相关系数R_(CV)~2为0.8641,表明该模型的性能较好。此外,为评价模型的实际预测效果,另加入验证集进行预测,结果表明模型对于氮含量预测的精度较高。Based on near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS),the nitrogen content model of cationic guar gum was established by partial least square(PLS)combined with internal cross-validation.After optimization,the root mean square error of calibration(RMSEC)and coefficient of calibration(R2C)of the model were 0.0300 and 0.8828,respectively.Whereas the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)and coefficient of validation(R2V)were 0.0325 and 0.8704,respectively.Meanwhile,the root mean square error of internal cross-validation(RMSECV)and coefficient were 0.0321 and 0.8641,respectively,which indicated that the performance of the model was excellent.In addition,in order to evaluate the actual prediction effect,a validation set was added to the model to calculate the nitrogen content.The results showed that the model had a high precision for the prediction of nitrogen content.
