摘  要:针对原油破乳剂使用中存在的破乳剂用量大、油水界面不明晰等问题,对22种工业级破乳剂产品进行了评价,筛选出了破乳效果较好的破乳剂单剂。选用了系列脂肪醇进行助破乳研究,筛选出了助破乳效果较好的正戊醇。进而研究了正戊醇与筛选出来的破乳剂单剂复配时的破乳效果协同作用。实验结果表明,相比单加破乳剂,正戊醇和破乳剂单剂复配的脱水率有显著提高,并对单加破乳剂时存在的问题进行了有效的改进。Aiming at the problems existing in the use of crude oil emulsion,such as high demulsifier dosage,the oil-water interface not clear,a series of fatty alcohol were screened on demulsification,among which pentanol was the best.Then 22 kinds of industrial products demulsifier were evaluated and some better demulsifier were selected.The synergistic effect of the demulsification effect of pentyl alcohol and the demulsifier was studied.The experimental results showed that the dehydration rate of pentaerythritol and demulsifier was significantly improved than that of single demulsifier,and the existing problems of single demulsifier were effectively improved.
