摘 要:自制了介孔氧化铝载体,并负载活性组分Pd,制备了一系列不同负载量的Pd/meso-Al_2O_3催化剂。采用N_2吸附-脱附、XRD及SEM等方法对催化剂进行了表征,发现与市售氧化铝载体相比,自制介孔氧化铝具有更大的孔容及孔径,有利于蒽醌分子在催化剂孔道内的扩散,因此具有更好的催化性能。最佳的Pd负载量为0.3wt%,在此条件下采用自制的介孔氧化铝作为载体,催化剂的氢效可达到12.65 g·L^(-1),采用市售氧化铝作为载体,催化剂氢效只有9.12g·L^(-1)。实验考察了不同焙烧温度对催化剂的影响,得到适宜的焙烧温度为550℃,既保证了催化剂具有适当的孔道结构,同时也提升了活性组分Pd的分散度。Pd was supported over self-made mesoporous alumina,and a series of catalysts of Pd/meso-Al2O3 with different Pd contents were prepared.The characterization result of N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD and SEM showed that the self-made mesoporous alumina possessed higher pore diameter and volume than commercially available alumina,which was favorable for the diffusion of anthraquinone molecules in the pores of the catalysts and contributed to the high catalytic activity.The optimal Pd content was 0.3 wt%and under the reaction conditions,the hydrogenation efficiency using mesoporous alumina as the supports was 12.65 g/L in comparison with 9.12 g/L using commercial alumina.Different calcination temperature were investigated and the fit temperature,550℃,was obtained,which not only contributed to the good pore structure of catalysts but also promoted the dispersity of active component of Pd on the catalysts.
