摘　　要：采用乳液聚合法,用十二烷基苯磺酸催化D4、水和非离子表面活性剂,制备稳定的O/W乳液型轮胎用有机硅脱模剂。考察了催化剂用量、乳液聚合时间、聚合温度、交联助剂对脱模剂的成膜性、稳定性、均匀光滑性的影响,优化了最佳合成条件。A O/W emulsion type silicone release agent for tire was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method with D4,water,non-ionic surfactants and catalyst dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid.The effects of catalyst amount,emulsion polymerization time,polymerization temperature and crosslinking agent on the film properties,stability and uniform smoothness of the release agent,were investigated,and the synthesis conditions were optimized.
