摘 要:为改进热引发体系带来较大凝胶量的缺陷,本文采用紫外光常温引发,并选择了不易水解的硅氧烷单体C-1706,利用光引发剂AIBN合成了硅丙乳液。讨论了有机硅氧烷单体类型、含量和加入时间以及pH值对硅丙乳液合成的影响。结果表明,紫外光引发条件下,凝胶率大大降低,C-1706可达到凝胶率为0;硅氧烷单体用量应控制在8%以内;后交联技术有利于聚合反应的稳定;pH值应控制在6~7范围内。In order to improve the defects of larger gel thermal initiation system,selected siloxane monomer C-1706 and photoinitiator AIBN,the silicone acrylic emulsion was synthesized under UV irradiation and normal temperature.The effect of different types and content of organosiloxane monomers,addition time,pH value on the synthesis of silicone acrylic emulsion were discussed.The results showed that under UV irradiation condition,the gel rate could be greatly reduced,the gel rate of C-1706 was 0,the amount of siloxane monomer was controlled within 8%.The post crosslinking technology was conducive to the stability of polymerization,and the pH value should be controlled within 6~7.
