摘  要:目的评估门诊手术患者学习需求,为开展健康教育提供理论基础。方法通过问卷调查的形式对门诊手术患者进行问卷调查,内容包换一般资料及患者学习需求调查量表(patient learning needs scale,PLNS)。通过对患者进行分组,比较各组间学习需求的不同。结果共计收回有效问卷196份,需求程度前3位分别为:术后用药、术后护理与活动、术后并发症。女性患者对手术相关其他问题的需求程度高于男性;不同年龄组的患者在术后护理与活动、并发症及手术相关其他问题3个方面的学习需求程度有所不同。结论门诊手术患者有较高的学习需求,应针对不同问题、不同年龄进行针对性的健康教育,以提供高质量的健康教育。Objective To estimate the learning needs of ambulatory surgery patients and provide theoretical basis of health education.Methods Questionnaires were used to survey the learning needs of patients,which include general information and patient learning needs scale(PLNS).Learning needs were compared between the groups which were grouped by gender or age.Results 196 effective questionnaires were acquired.The top three learning needs were:postoperative medication,postoperative care and activities and postoperative complications.And the learning needs of females were higher than male in the operation-relative questions.There was significant differences between different ages in the aspects of postoperative care and activities,postoperative complications and operation-relative questions.Conclusion Ambulatory surgery patients have high needs of learning.To provide high quality of health education,it is necessary to conduct individual health education according to different questions and age.
