品管圈护理管理在手足口病患儿中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究品管圈护理管理在手足口病患儿中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月~2017年6月期间本院儿科收治的78例手足口病患儿作为观察组,另选取2016年7月~2016年12月期间本院收治的78例同症患儿作为对照组。对照组予以常规临床护理,观察组予以品管圈护理管理,对比两组症状消退时间、住院时间、护理满意度及无形结果。结果观察组口腔疱疹、皮肤皮疹消退时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为94.9%,高于对照组的71.8%(P<0.05)。护理人员在此活动中获得满意的无形成果。结论手足口患儿行品管圈护理,可加速病情康复,缩短住院时间,并可提高护士综合能力,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the value of nursing care management in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 78 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 78 patients with the same disease who were treated in our hospital between July 2016 and December 2016 were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group was given care management of the quality control circle.The time of symptom subsidence,length of stay,satisfaction with care,and intangible results were compared between the two groups.Results The oral herpes,skin rash retreat time and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.9%,which was higher than that in the control group(71.8%)(P<0.05).Nursing staff were satisfied with the results of this activity.Conclusion The nursing care of children with hand-foot-mouth can improve the rehabilitation of the disease,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the nurses'comprehensive ability,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
