摘  要:滤料产生静电火花是袋式除尘器因静电火花产生火灾和爆炸事故的主要原因。文章从面电荷密度、摩擦电压、半衰期、表面电阻率、体积电阻率五个方面对国内主要类型的过滤材料进行了静电性能的测试。分析得出,滤料采用经向导电涤纶纤维、面层均匀导电涤纶纤维等防静电滤料可有效防止静电火花的产生。The electrostatic sparkles produced by filter materials are the main causes of the fire disasters and explosion accident caused by the electrostatic fires of the bag-hose precipitator.The paper carries on tests of the electrostatic performance of filter materials from five aspects of surface charge density,frictional voltage,half-life,surface resistance rate and volume resistivity.The result shows that the anti-electrostatic filter materials can effectively prevent the generation of the electrostatic sparks by using conductive dacron fibers,the uniformity conductive dacron fibers of the surface layer and others.
