摘 要:为解决某型船货油转运系统阻力偏大的问题,对该货油转运系统进行管路阻力计算分析,分别从货油泵前吸入管路和泵后驳运管路两个角度对系统进行以降低管阻为目的的改进设计。提出了降低吸入滤器过滤精度、替换管路弯头附件和改进多泵并联管路布置形式的改进方案,可有效降低货油转运系统的阻力,为货油转运系统的设计和建造提供参考。The resistance of the oil transfer pipeline has been calculated and analyzed in order to solve the higher resistance of the oil transfer system in ships.The improvements for reducing the resistance of the oil transfer system are carried out from the two aspects of the suction pipeline before the cargo pump and the transfer pipeline after the cargo pump.It finds out that the resistance of the oil transfer system can be reduced effectively by using the improvement proposals,such as lowering the filtration precision of the suction filter,replacing the pipeline elbow and improving the arrangement of pipelines for the parallel-connected pumps.It can provide references for the design and construction of the oil transfer system.
