H Bridge Inverter Dead Zone Compensation Based on Current Zero-crossing Area Detection

摘  要:通过对H桥逆变器中的死区进行分析,研究了一种基于电流过零区域检测的平均电压前馈补偿法。该方法针对传统的平均电压前馈补偿法在电流过零区域内存在误补偿的现象,将H桥逆变器中输出电流的过零区域进行了精确的划分。在电流过零区域范围外使用平均电压前馈补偿法,在电流过零区域内,由于死区不会对输出电压产生影响,所以无需进行补偿。结果表明该方法有效地避免了传统的平均电压前馈补偿法在电流过零区域内因对电流方向的误判断而导致的误补偿现象。最后,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对该死区补偿方法进行了仿真验证。After analyzing the dead zone in H bridge inverter,the author will study on the average voltage feedforward compensation approach based on the current zero-crossing area detection.In this traditional average voltage feedforward compensation approach,the output current zero-crossing area in H bridge inverter is accurately divided according to the error compensation phenomenon in the current zero-crossing area.The average voltage feedforward compensation approach shall be taken beyond the current zero-crossing area.In the current zero-crossing area,it is unnecessary to make compensation because the dead zone has no influence on the output voltage.Therefore,the approach can effectively avoid the error compensation phenomenon caused by the current direction misjudgment made by the traditional average voltage feedforward compensation approach in the current zero-crossing area.Ultimately,the author will make use of MATLAB/Simulink software to carry out the simulation verification for the dead zone compensation approach.
