炉外法冶炼烟帽的一种吊装方法

摘　　要：炉外法冶炼时需要把烟帽从上一个炉壳挪到下一个炉壳上,挪动过程使用吊车吊运,需要2次爬上炉壳挂摘4吊钩,这个过程需要接近10 min,每天冶炼炉次较多时,需要大量时间挪烟帽。通过改进,不再使用吊车挪烟帽,烟帽只在冶炼间内做上下运动,通过选用改装的卷扬机,采用合适的绕绳方法,采用链条和钢丝绳组合,可大幅降低操作时间,提高效率。In the process of smelting outside the furnace,the smoke cap need to be moved from the previous shell to the next shell.In the moving process,the crane was used to lift 4 load hooks twice,which took approximately 10 minutes.Because of many furnaces production,lots of time was wasted to move the cap.By improvement,the crane was no longer used to move the cap,the cap only moved up and down in the smelting room.By using modified winder,appropriate roping methods,chain and wire rope combination,the operation time was greatly reduced and the efficiency was improved.
