摘 要:为降低卷烟烟气中的氰化氢(HCN),对HCN的来源、形成途径、影响因素及研究方法等进展进行了综述。HCN的形成机理较为复杂,烟草中的氨基酸、蛋白质等多种含氮化合物都可裂解生成HCN,且形成途径多样,温度、裂解气氛、烟草中其他物质都会影响HCN的形成,有待于进一步模拟卷烟燃吸过程,运用先进的检测手段来全面分析HCN的形成过程。In order to reduce the hydrogen cyanide(HCN)in cigarette smoke,the research progress of the origin,formation pathway,influence factor and research method of HCN in cigarette smoke were reviewed.The formation mechanisms of HCN were complicated.Various nitrogen-containing compounds of tobacco could form HCN through pyrolysis,such as amino acid,protein and so on.Furthermore,the formation pathways of HCN were diverse.Temperature,pyrolysis atmosphere and other compounds in tobacco also influenced the HCN formation.It was necessary to further simulate the cigarette burning process and used advanced detection methods to comprehensively analyze the formation process of HCN.
