摘 要:采用时域有限差分法(Finite-Difference Time Domain,FDTD)计算电磁场问题时需要设置适当的吸收边界条件(Absorbing Boundary Condition,ABC),从而将无限空间转化为有限空间来模拟电磁波的传播情况及其规律。讨论了单轴各向异性完全匹配层(Uniaxial Perfectly Matched Layer,UPML)吸收边界条件下的三维时域有限差分法,介绍了一般FDTD的基本原理,推导了基于UPML的三维FDTD的迭代公式,采用FDTD-UPML对电磁波在三维空间的传播情况进行正演模拟。数值模拟结果表明,结合具有强大图形处理功能的Matlab编程软件,使得FDTD-UPML能够很直观地模拟电磁波在三维空间中的传播情况。It is necessary to set the appropriate absorption boundary condition(ABC)to transform the infinite space into a finite space to simulate the propagation of electromagnetic waves and its law by the method of the finite difference time domain(FDTD)to calculate the electromagnetic field problems.In the paper,we mainly discussed the three-dimensional finite difference time domain method under the absorbing boundary conditions of the uniaxial perfectly matched layer(UPML).Firstly,the basic principle of the FDTD was introduced,and then the iterative formula of the 3D-FDTD based on the UPML was deduced.Finally,the FDTD-UPML was used to simulate the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the three-dimensional space.The numerical results showed that the FDTD-UPML can simulate the propagation of electromagnetic waves in the three-dimensional space by combining Matlab programming software with powerful graphics processing function.
