摘 要:为了满足发动机将动力源源不断地传到车辆的各个部件中,一套完整且更优化的传动系统变得至关重要。在对某车总布置设计过程中,采用参数化设计方法,根据初步选取的发动机、变速箱、分动箱、轮胎及驱动桥等关键总成的相关参数和设计要求的整车尺寸参数,建立了传动系统的参数化三维模型,分析了动力总成姿态角对传动系各传动轴夹角的影响因素。选取发动机、分动箱和驱动桥的姿态角作为变量、以各传动轴夹角为优化目标,通过试验优化设计方法,优化了各动力总成姿态角、减小了各传动轴夹角。In order to meet the continuous flow of power to all parts of the vehicle,a complete and more optimized transmission system becomes critical.This research was based on a car general layout design process,using the method of parametric design,according to the relevant parameters of the preliminary selection of engine,transmission,transfer case,tires and drive axle key assembly and design requirements of vehicle parameters,established the parameters of the transmission system of the three-dimensional model and analysis of the powertrain attitude angle effect on the transmission of the transmission shaft angle factor.To select the engine,transfer case and the drive axle of the attitude angle as a variable,the drive shaft angle as the optimization objective,through the experiment optimization design method,the optimization of the powertrain attitude angle,reduced the angle of the drive shaft.
