摘　　要：2017年制冷剂行业需求旺盛,在年中和年末分别经历了两次涨价热潮,从长期来看当前由HCFC制冷剂主导的市场必将在《蒙特利尔议定书》和"基加利"协议的引领下发生改变。然而,当务之急依然是将HCFC制冷剂平稳过度以及如何根据我国自身条件在未来对HFO和天然工质的使用中做出合理的规划和取舍.目前环保部也对如何满足HCFC制冷剂在"议定书"限制下进行第二阶段淘汰制定了初步计划,或在2018年下半年开始下一步削减动作。同时,节能环保以及可持续发展已经成为我国当前以及未来发展规划中的重中之重,这也势必会影响到制冷剂今后无论是在商用还是家用制冷应用领域中的发展方向。The domestic demand for refrigerants in 2017 was high,the refrigerants price raised twice during the year.In long term,HCFC refrigerants must be phase out under the“Montreal Protocal”and the“Kigali Agreement”.However,the most urgent affairs are to gradually phase down the application of HCFC without hurt the national economy and how to make choices in the natural refrigerant and HFO dilemma.Under the“Protocal”,The Minisitry of Environmental Protecion has came out a primary plan for the second stage HCFC phase down which means the next phase down move may happening in the second half of 2018.Whilst,energy saving,environment protection and sustainability has become the most important affair in the national development plan,this will absolutely influce the step of refrigerant evolution on both residential and commercial application.
