摘 要:在大斜度井中,如果采用增大钻压钻进会增加钻具的弯曲变形及钻柱的振动,引起井斜、井位漂移、钻柱的扭断及钻头过早磨损。鉴于此,设计了一种新型减振增压装置。在进行新型减振增压装置结构设计和工作原理分析的基础上,分析了工具的减振特性和增压特性,建立了压降与钻压之间的关系模型,并对喷嘴直径、喷嘴类型、排量及钻井液密度对压降和钻压之间的关系展开了研究。研究结果表明:当变径喷嘴直径为1 cm、排量为20 L/s、钻井液密度为1.2g/cm^3时,压降和钻压达到最大值,有利于提高机械钻速、降低钻井成本和缩短建井周期。研究结果可为新型减振增压装置的理论研究和现场应用提供借鉴。In highly deviated wells,increased WOB would increase the bending deformation and vibration of the drill string,leading to well inclination,well drift,twist-off of the drill string and premature bit wear.In view of this,a new type of vibration reducing and WOB increasing device is designed.Based on the analysis of the structural design and working principle of the device,the vibration reducing characteristics and WOB increasing characteristics of the tool are analyzed.The relationship between pressure drop and WOB is established.The effects of nozzle diameter,nozzle type,displacement and drilling fluid density on the relationship between pressure drop and WOB have been studied.The results showed that the pressure drop and the WOB reach the maximum value given the diameter-variable nozzle diameter of 1 cm,the displacement of 20 L/s and the drilling fluid density of 1.2 g/cm3,which helps to improve the ROP,reduce the drilling cost and shorten the operation time.The research results could provide references for theoretical research and field application of the new vibration reducing and WOB increasing device.
