摘  要:针对常规压裂用双向锚定封隔器存在的环空封隔压力低、悬挂性能差以及下入安全性低等问题,研制了高性能锚定封隔器。该封隔器采用三胶筒交叉结构配合防突环,坐封后形成密闭空间,提高了胶筒的封压性能,防突环与保护锥套采用一体化结构设计,可防止胶筒下入过程提前坐封。优化了锚定结构,改变传统采用铸铁卡瓦的结构形式,采用铸铁配合合金钢卡瓦的方式,提高了悬挂器的锚定性能,防止悬挂器下入过程中因卡瓦破裂导致的提前坐挂。室内试验中,该封隔器具有良好的封压和锚定性能,封压达80 MPa,耐温达160℃。高性能锚定封隔器应用效果良好,具有较高的推广应用价值。To address the problems of low pressure difference capacity in annulus,poor hanging performance and low safety of the conventional bidirectional anchoring packers for fracturing operation,a high-performance anchoring packer was developed.The packer was designed with a crossed three-rubber structure combined with an anti-burst ring to form a sealed space after being set,which improves the sealing performance.The integrated structure design of the anti-burst ring and the protection taper sleeve prevents the packer from premature setting.The anchoring structure was optimized by using cast iron combined with alloy steel slips instead of the traditional cast iron slips,so as to improve the anchoring performance of the hangers and prevent the premature setting caused by the broken slips during packer running.Indoor tests and field applications showed that the packer has good sealing and anchoring properties,with the sealing pressure capacity of 80 MPa and temperature capacity of 160℃,presenting good application performance and good promotion and application value.
