摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合雷火灸治疗糖尿病末梢神经炎的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的96例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予弥可宝口服,治疗组给予针刺配合雷火灸治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、密歇根神经病变评分(Michigan neuropathy screening instrument,MNSI),检测神经传导速度。结果治疗后两组VAS、MNSI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度均较治疗前明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组增加程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合雷火灸治疗糖尿病末梢神经炎疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis.Methods A total of 96 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were given oral mecobalamin,and those in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.The two groups were observed in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument(MNSI)score before and after treatment,and nerve conduction velocity was measured.Results Both groups had significant reductions in VAS and MNSI scores after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly reductions than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had significant increases in motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly increases than the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in clinical outcome between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion has a good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis.
