摘　　要：目的观察外用他克莫司软膏联合口服中药和单纯外用他克莫司软膏治疗女童外阴硬化性苔藓的临床疗效。方法将52例患儿随机分为两组,对照组单纯外用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,治疗组采用口服中药加局部外用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗。4周为1个疗程,连续应用3个疗程后观察疗效。结果对照组总有效率为65.4%,治疗组总有效率为88.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外用他克莫司软膏联合口服中药治疗女童外阴硬化性苔藓,疗效明显优于单纯外用他克莫司软膏。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of topical tacrolimus ointment therapy combination with or without oraI Chinese medicine treatment in vulvar lichen sclerosus of girls.Methods 52 cases of vulvar lichen sclerosus of girls were divided into a therapy group and a control group.The control group was treated with 0.03%Tacrolimus Ointment alone,while the treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine plus topical 0.03%Tacrolimus Ointment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks and all these cases were treated for 3 courses.The clinical efficiency was investigated after 3 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 65.4%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.5%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of the topical Tacrolimus ointment combined with oral Chinese medicine group is better than the topical Tacrolimus ointment group.
