摘 要:代谢综合征(MS)的发病率逐年上升,已成为世界性公共卫生问题。而心血管疾病是MS的主要临床结局,目前临床评估其心血管损害程度主要依赖超声技术。从传统B超发展到三维彩色多普勒超声,不仅能清晰地显示心血管结构,还能反映其功能状态。同时,逐步发展起来的多普勒组织成像技术,也为研究心血管细微结构功能变化提供了可能性。近年来,由于超声技术的成熟,心脏-血管偶联的概念已被广泛用于临床性研究,并在高血压、代谢性疾病、心力衰竭等多个领域取得显著进展。因此,应用超声技术评估MS患者的心血管偶联状态成为未来的研究方向。The incidence of metabolic syndrome(MS)has been increasing year by year,and it has become a worldwide public health problem.Cardiovascular disease is the main clinical outcome of MS,and the current clinical assessment of cardiovascular damage is mainly dependent on ultrasonic technology.From the traditional B-mode ultrasound to three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound,it can not only clearly display the structure of the cardiovascular system,but also reflect its functional state.At the same time,the gradually developed Doppler tissue imaging technique also provides a possibility for the study of the changes in the cardiovascular fine structure and function.In recent years,due to the maturity of ultrasound technology,the concept of ventricular arterial coupling has been widely used in clinical research,and has made significant progress,especially in the fields of hypertention,heart failure,metabolic diseases and so on.Therefore,the application of ultrasound technique to evaluate the cardiovascular coupling state of the MS patients has become the future research direction.
