淋巴细胞主动免疫在复发性流产治疗中的效果与血液流变学的临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫在复发性流产治疗中的效果与血液流变学的临床意义。方法于2015年1月~2016年12月期间,选取我院在该段时间内收治的90例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机数字表分组法将患者随机分为对照组、观察组,每组患者45例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗,比较两组患者的保胎成功率、流产率、雌孕激素指标、血液流变学指标。结果观察组的保胎成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其流产率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的雌二醇、β-HCG、孕酮水平均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),而在治疗后,观察组的雌二醇、β-HCG、孕酮水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞沉降率、血浆粘度较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且两组患者在治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在复发性流产患者中,采用淋巴细胞主动免疫疗法进行治疗,可有效提高患者的保胎率,减少流产,还可有效改善患者的雌孕激素水平和血液流变学。Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of active lymphocyte immunization in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion and the clinical significance of hemorheology.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,90 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in our hospital were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according the computer random number method,45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional drugs,and the patients in observation group were treated with active lymphocyte immunization.The successful pregnancy rate,abortion rate,estrogen and progesterone index,blood rheology index of two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the success rate of fetus protection was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the abortion rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the estradiol,beta-HCG,progesterone levels of two groups were significantly increased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the estradiol,beta-HCG,progesterone levels of control group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity of two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,the use of active lymphocyte immunization can effectively improve the rate of fetus protection,reduce abortion,and improve the level of estrogen and progestin and hemorheology.
