摘　　要：可视化教学在临床教学中应用日益广泛,特别是超声技术给临床的动静脉穿刺教学带来了很大的便捷。幼儿的颈内静脉穿刺置管技术是麻醉教学中的一个重点与难点。幼儿解剖结构特殊,体表解剖标志不清,操作空间小,学习医生面对幼儿往往有无从下手之感。结合实际临床工作,我们介绍平面外超声引导幼儿颈内静脉穿刺在麻醉教学中的应用。同时,总结了此方法在教学中的优势,提高了学习医生穿刺置管的成功率,减少了并发症的发生。Visual teaching is applied more and more widely in clinical teaching.Especially ultrasound technology brings great convenience to clinical arteriovenous puncture teaching.The internal jugular vein catheterization technology is a key and difficult point in the teaching of anesthesia.Children with special anatomical structure,unclear body surface anatomic markers,and small operation space,often feel unable to learn from doctors.Combined with the actual clinical work,we introduce the application of out of plane ultrasound guided internal jugular vein puncture in anesthesia teaching.At the same time,the advantages of this method in teaching are summarized,and the success rate of puncture and catheterization for learning doctors is improved,and the occurrence of complications is reduced.
