产程三维导航系统在骨盆头盆相称性方面分娩参数的准确性评价

摘　　要：目的研究分析产程三维导航系统在骨盆头盆相称性方面测量的准确性。方法选取本院2016年1~12月产孕妇160例,分为对照组与研究组,其中对照组给予传统方式进行监测,研究组采用三维产程导航系统进行测量,比较两组患者测量结果以及分娩结局。结果研究组自然分娩率72.5%,阴道助产率7.5%,剖宫产率20.0%,对照组自然分娩率58.75%,阴道助产6.25%,剖宫产35.0%,两组之间自然分娩率以及剖宫产率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胎方位符合率明显高于对照组,且产褥病发病率低于对照组,先露下降明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。。两组阴道助产率以及胎儿出生体重比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三维产程导航系统能够准确测量产妇宫口扩张情况,胎头下降情况等分娩参数,对临床分娩结局具有重要意义,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze the accuracy of three-dimensional navigation system in pelvic and cephalopelvic proportionality.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,160 cases of pregnant women in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and research group.The patients in control group were monitored by traditional way,and the patients in study group were measured by three-dimensional birth navigation system.The outcome and delivery outcome of the two groups were compared.Results In the study group,the natural childbirth rate of was 72.5%,the vaginal delivery rate was 7.5%,the cesarean section rate was 20%,in the control group,the natural delivery rate of was 58.75%,the vaginal midwifery was 6.25%,the cesarean section was 35%.The difference of natural delivery rate and cesarean section rate between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of fetal azimuth in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of puerperal disease was lower than that of the control group,and the decrease of first exposure was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in vaginal delivery rate and fetal birth weight,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional production process navigation system can accurately measure the expansion of the uterine mouth,fetal head drop and other delivery parameters,which is of great significance to the outcome of clinical delivery.It is worthy of extensive application in clinical practice.
