愈脐胎毒清对剖宫产新生儿黄疸及脐部愈合的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察愈脐胎毒清对剖宫产新生儿黄疸及脐部愈合的临床效果。方法选取我院产科2014年2月~2016年11月出生的足月、剖宫产新生儿600例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各300例。对照组新生儿进行常规脐部护理,研究组新生儿应用愈脐胎毒进行脐部护理,比较两组新生儿黄疸消退情况、胎便排出情况、脐带脱落情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组新生儿黄疸出现时间延迟,消退时间提早,出生第2~5天的黄疸指数均显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿首次胎便及黄便排出时间均显著早于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生5d的脐带脱落率显著高于对照组,脐带平均脱落时间显著早于对照组,且脐带残端分泌物、红肿、渗血、皮肤破损、肉芽肿的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论愈脐胎毒清可有效缩短黄疸持续时间、提高脐部愈合速度、降低脐部并发症,值得应用推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Taiduqing on jaundice and umbilical healing in cesarean neonate.Methods 600 cases of full-term cesarean neonates in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group was 300 cases.Neonates in the control group were treated with conventional umbilical care,while neonates in the observation group were treated with Taiduqing on the basis of conventional umbilical care.The two groups were compared in terms of the neonatal jaundice subsided time,fetal defecation and the shedding of the umbilical cord.Results Compared with the control group,the neonatal jaundice appeared time of neonates in the observation group was significantly delayed(P<0.05),while the neonatal jaundice subsided time was significantly early(P<0.05),and the neonatal jaundice index was significantly decreased after birth 2-5 days(P<0.05).The first fetal feces and yellow discharge time neonates in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After birth 5 days,the shedding of the umbilical cord rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control groups(P<0.05),and the umbilical cord shedding time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of umbilical cord stump secretion,swelling,bleeding,skin breakage and granuloma in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taiduqing umbilical cord could effectively shorten the duration of jaundice,and accelerate umbilical healing rate,and reduce the umbilical complications.It is worth clinical spreading.
